In collaboration with Ankabut -Advanced National Research and Education Network (NREN) an initiative of Khalifa University, wanted an Event Management System (website and a Mobile App) to host its future events and to provide seamless experience to its students and visitors.
We developed a customisable end to end event management system - website along with native mobile application for Khalifa University.
The system covers all the features - from guest invitations, creating multiple events from the backend to track the activities, payment options and guest check-in app.
Students and visitors can book events either from website or mobile app; and are kept updated by sending push notifications, adding to the calendar option and reminders for events.
ESMA approached us as they were hosting a yearly event for The Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) where delegates and guests from various countries will attend the meeting.
APAC had a very custom requirements for the Events, like multi level ticket tiers, multi day agendas, speaker profile, live polling, multiple payment methods, multiple ticket designs etc
Hence, we built a system, that covers all the requirements from end to end - from online booking to vip booking to on site POS booking, QR scanner, mobile app, website and a custom Event Management system
Multi day agenda lists, Speaker profile and comments section, User profile section, Reminders, Push notifications etc were also implemented - making the event a success.
